Qi Gong has been a part of traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years. With a goal of maintaining and improving health and wellbeing, Qi Gong combines gentle movements of warming up, stretching and flowing, breath work and meditation to reduce stress, cultivate vital life force energy and boost immune system.
There is no previous experience required for this Qi Gong class, everyone and all levels are welcome. Come in comfortable cloths with a yoga mat, we will move our Qi together to welcome an energetic day!

Jane's Bio:
Born and raised in China where Qi Gong was originally developed as a part of the Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jane was not aware how beneficial Qi Gong practice is until when her health took an unexpected sharp turn. In searching of a way to heal herself, Jane started a new chapter of her life embarking on a journey of searching, learning and exploring outside of the academic and business world in which she had her career and accomplishments for over two decades. Qi Gong was one of the natural healing modalities Jane has since been dedicated on and shortly became passionate on, and Qi Gong practice became an important part of her life. Later on Jane trained consistently with her master for over six years learning Qi Gong, Kong Fu and Martial Arts forms as well as various breath works, meditations and the fundaments of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Qi Gong practice has helped Jane to find balance, calmness and harmony within and also prompted her on to a pilgrimage on which she has been humbly and gratefully training with her mentors and teachers in areas of self-development, inner-work, wellness coaching, meditation, drama informed yoga, reiki, sound healing therapy, Ayurveda and embodiment transformational healing coaching, to just name a few what Jane has her heart and passion on for the past 12 years and continue on diving deeper.
