Join us for a magical evening under the April Full Moon at Native Yoga Center in Juno Beach. This special gathering will bring together the talents of three incredible guides, Jesse Gold, Leah Hester, and Todd McLaughlin, offering a unique blend of experiences to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
Event Highlights:
🌬️ Breathwork with Leah Hester: Dive deep into the transformative power of breath with Leah Hester, guiding you through a rejuvenating Breathwork session.
🦓 Animal Flow and Poetry Writing with Jesse Gold: Connect with your primal instincts through Animal Flow, a movement practice led by Jesse Gold. Unleash your creativity with poetry writing to express your innermost thoughts.
🧘♂️ Mantra Chanting with Todd McLaughlin: Todd McLaughlin will lead a kirtan dedicated to Hanuman on the beach at 7:49pm as the Pink Moon rises.
🚶♀️ Full Moon Beach Walk: After the in-studio sessions, bring a towel, comfortable shoes, and some water for a serene full moon beach walk. We'll stroll over to Juno Beach and back, embracing the tranquility of the moonlit shoreline.
Come together with our community to celebrate the Full Moon in a spirit of unity, wellness, and connection. This promises to be an unforgettable evening of movement, breath, and nature.
